and run your own writing business. Topics include positioning yourself in the
marketplace, finding freelance gigs, researching and locating markets, making deals
and negotiating contracts, hiring yourself out through writers’ temporary agencies,
dealing effectively with editors, and knowing when to grab an opportunity and
when to walk away.
